Anna Stahn (b. 1994, Denmark) graduated with an MFA from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen and The New School, New York. Stahn works with sculpture, installation and formats on paper, she works site-specifically and within subjects such as gender, nostalgia, modernity and economies. Her works examine the aspects of human existence that are controlled by desires, exchanges, and the power of the imaginary in a way that points to the strong human attachment to the material world.  In addition to her visual art practice, Stahn is a writer of texts for books, magazines, and exhibitions, and she is founder and editor of the independent publishing house Longetti.

Anna Stahn has exhibited with solo shows at Alice Folker Gallery, Copenhagen (2026 and 2023); Heerup Museum (2025); Politikens Forhal, Copenhagen (2023) and Kunstforeningen Gl.
